1. Processing Times

  • All orders are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping. (unless mockup)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Standard shipping usually takes [3–8 business days], depending on your location.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional fee and usually takes [1–3 business days].
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping times vary but are generally [7–18 business days] depending on location and courier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Please note: shipping times are estimates only and delays may occur outside our control (e.g., customs, courier backlogs, global shipping suspensions).

4. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.

5. Delayed or Lost Parcels

  • Once an order leaves our studio, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@liemanco.com so we can assist in tracking it down with the courier.

6. Order Tracking

  • Most orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
