Orders
Do you offer custom decals?
Yes! We love custom work. Please contact us with more details!
Can I see a mockup before I order?
You’re welcome to request a mockup by adding a note in the personalisation section when placing your order.
Please note that mockups may extend production time by 1–2 business days, as they take time to create.
We only offer mockups after an order has been placed, but don’t worry — you’ll have a chance to review and approve the layout before we go ahead with production.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we do! At checkout, you’ll find an “Express Shipping + Priority Dispatch” option.
However, we recommend to Contact us first to confirm if we can accommodate your timeline — especially during busy periods.
Be sure to include your event date in the personalisation box when placing your order so we can prioritise accordingly.
What should I do after receiving my order?
Once you receive the decal, please ensure to open and check that everything is correct, including spelling, before installation.
Installation
How do I apply the decal?
Each order comes with a step-by-step instruction sheet. We also have a video guide showing how to apply your decal like a pro using the hinge method.
How to remove vinyl decals?
1. Heat it with a hairdryer or heat gun to soften the adhesive behind the decal and to make it easier to remove.
With glass, just heat the glass evenly and do not heat in one position for too long; otherwise, the glass could overheat and shatter. Don't do it on a cold morning too.
2. Use a sharp plastic scraper or razor blade and slowly slide the blade under the edges and chip away at the adhesive to separate the decal from the surface. Try to hold the blade parallel to the surface to minimize the risk of damaging the surface. You may be able to peel the decal off once you have the edge lifted. Try to peel off the decal with your fingers, keeping in mind that it may tear or shred.
3. Then use soapy water to remove any leftover residue
I ripped my decals/made a mistake when I was attempting to install.
We do not offer full refunds on decals you've damage during installation. It's important that you are extremely careful when dealing with vinyl as they are easy to rip. Please send us a message/email with your order number and pictures of the decals and we'll find a way to help you!
What surfaces do your decals stick to?
Our decals work best on smooth, clean surfaces like glass, acrylic, mirrors, walls and some painted wood. They are not suitable for textured or rough surfaces, fabric surfaces.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time: 2-5 business days after order and payment. (Unless mockup)
Shipping with Australia Post:
* Within AUS* Standard: 3-8 business days | Express: 1-3 business days
*International* Standard: 7-18 business days | Express: 4-10 business days
Please Note:Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or natural disasters. For time-sensitive events, we recommend planning ahead or choosing Express Shipping.
What if my order is late or lost during shipping?
If your item has been lost during shipping, please notify us and we will help you investigate the issue. Usually, most carriers will not leave a parcel unattended. In most cases, a calling card will be left for you to pick up at a nearby location or provide an option for redelivery.
If your order is significantly late, message us and we will try to help you the best we can. The expected delivery dates provided to you are just approximate, please message us first.
Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks after the expected delivery date during holiday seasons such as Christmas.
My item was marked delivered, but I can't find it
Sometimes packages can be marked as delivered but not show up until a few days afterwards.
To try to locate your package, follow these steps:
1. Check with neighbours or family if they have received anything.
2. After that I recommend calling your local post office and asking them to verify via GPS coordinates where the package was marked as delivered.
If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report with your local agency. Mail theft is a federal crime. Since we are both losing time and money, I do make sure we utilise all possible resources.
Your patience and understanding is much appreciated. I know that it is very upsetting when you have made a purchase and do not receive the item(s) that you paid for.
Returns/Refunds
What is your return policy?
As all decals are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Please double check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing.
What if my decal arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry to hear that! While we take great care in packing our decals securely, sometimes things can get knocked around in transit.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage, a brief description, and be sure to keep the original packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right!
Received the wrong item or incorrect personalisation?
We're so sorry about that — please get in touch with us as soon as you can so we can sort it out for you.
