Return & Refunds Policy

At LiemanCo, all of our decals and products are made to order with care. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Please read our policy below:

1. Change of Mind

  • As our products are custom and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a mistake in your order details (e.g., misspellings, incorrect sizes, or colours entered at checkout).
  • Please double-check all details before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@liemanco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. We cannot refund orders delayed in transit.
  • If your parcel appears lost, please contact us so we can assist with tracking and lodge an investigation with the courier.

4. Incorrect Address Provided

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
